Since I moved my business to Coldwell Banker, my business has increased tremendously, and the main reason is the support and guidance that I received from Jon. As a lead, Jon is always there for everyone, answering all our questions and concerns and providing us with the best guidance to success in our careers. Being a new agent in this industry could be a challenge if you don't have the right person next to you, and thanks to Jon, I accomplished my goal in my first year in the company. I'm very grateful to have Jon as my lead and manager.

Jon has been both a friend and a mentor to both Barbara and myself since we started in real estate in 2017. He's always there for us, always prompt with a reply to any questions or requests.

Jon has been a true asset to our office, he has not only spearheaded a relocation to a new office which was long overdue, but he has also created a culture in which agents are sharing feedback, encouragement, and a real team atmosphere. I am happy to have Jon as my go to manager! 

Jon has been a very hands on manager in that he will check in with me, just to see how I'm doing, to see if I need anything.  He is prompt with answering his phone and email and best of all he is my voice of reason because he is fantastic at keeping his cool, looking at situations objectively and reacting with the utmost professionalism.  I am so appreciative of Jon and his management style, words aren't enough!

Jon is great to have as a manager. He is always available to assist, give advice, or simply listen to our joys, frustrations and challenges within the business. If we haven't been in the office in a while, he will reach out with a phone call to see how we are doing and if there is anything that we need help with. Managing such a large group of individuals with such different styles of doing business, different personalities, interests, financial levels, etc - He treats everyone with kindness and respect and meets us all where we are at. He is a "No drama llama" -  understands contracts the way a manager should - and when problem solving - asks us a lot of questions to get us thinking  -  which ultimately helps us understand more fully the topic at hand.  He cares about his role in the company and our success as agents.
